Equipment Manufacturing

Angstrom Engineering is equipped to manufacture rectangular box, D-shape and cylindrical vacuum chambers in a wide variety of sizes.  We have the capability to supply cylindrical vacuum chambers up to 52 inches in diameter and rectangular vacuum chambers up to 72 inches (6 feet) square.

We are experienced in machining vacuum system components and accessories from standard or exotic materials.  We approach all vacuum component welding with the mind set of ultra high vacuum capability, assuring the highest quality vacuum seal available.

Vacuum System Automated Control

Depending on vacuum system needs and budget considerations we can offer PLC programmable logic controllers for simple automation control, in addition to a PC personal computer interface for more complex automated control of vacuum systems and their deposition process.

Complete device film structure can be entered by film layer into deposition menus while vacuum system parameters can be data logged for deposition process review.

Vacuum Products Testing, Installation and Training

All vacuum systems are fully tested before leaving our facility to ensure that individual client specifications have been met.  Client involvement in the testing process is encouraged and often developed to specifically meet their needs.  Factory testing ensures faster and more efficient on site vacuum system installation, leaving additional time for system operator software training.
